Your journey

  1. You are here

    Curious, but not started yet.

You have been thinking about it for a while. All that is missing is a first lesson.

  2. Optional

Want to try first? Korea-Ready Kickstart.

Two sessions in one weekend: read Hangul, greet, introduce yourself and order a coffee. From February 2027. The fee is credited if you continue to Survival Korean within 30 days.

  3. Weeks 1–10

    Survival Korean.

After ten weeks you can get through a day in Seoul in Korean – with a recording that proves it.

  4. After that

    Real Korean and beyond.

Talk about your life, tell a story, keep up when Koreans talk casually.

Common questions

Do I need to know anything first?

No. Survival Korean starts from zero. If you have studied before but freeze in conversation, Conversation Reset is the right start.

Do I need to be able to read Korean?

No. You learn Hangul in the pre-course at home (2–3 hours), and all material also comes in Latin letters up to lesson 3. You speak from the first lesson even if you have not had time to read.

Which course should I choose?

If you have never studied Korean: Survival Korean (or Kickstart if you want to try first). If you have studied but freeze when you speak: Conversation Reset – we do a free 5-minute placement call first.

What language is the course taught in?

Michelle teaches in English. The material is in both Swedish and English.

How big are the groups?

A course has at most 16 participants (Conversation Reset at most 12). But you speak in pods of 2–4: 35 of 75 minutes you are in a breakout room talking, while the teacher rotates between rooms and gives feedback. If you want more personal feedback, Small Group Premium has at most 8 participants.

What if I cannot make a session?

We run several cohorts at different times. Tell us which times suit you when you register your interest – that decides which times we open.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. With Klarna you split the payment over three months, interest-free. For Survival Korean that is 3 × SEK 930.

What if I change my mind?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If the course starts within 14 days of your purchase, you only pay for the lessons you have attended.
