You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy a course from SeoulNova. The period runs from the day after your place was confirmed. The last day is in your confirmation e-mail and under My courses. You do not need to give a reason.

How to withdraw from a purchase

Withdraw from purchase – sign in, open the course under My courses and choose Withdraw from the purchase. You get a receipt by e-mail at once, showing when we received your withdrawal.

You can also e-mail us at info@hyperity.com or send the form below. It is enough to send your message before the period has ended.

What you get back

• If the course has not started, you get the full amount back.
• If the course starts within the withdrawal period, we ask you at purchase to expressly request that it may start then. If you withdraw after the course has started, you pay for the lessons that have been held: for a course of ten lessons, one tenth of the price per lesson, and for Korea-Ready Kickstart, half the price per session. We refund the rest.
• We refund at the latest 14 days after we received your message, the same way you paid.
